In collaboration with our friends down south from Burial Beer Co., we present INDIGENOUS. Utilizing ingredients from both our respective states: Pale & Vienna Malts from Niagara Malt in Buffalo New York & Carolina Rye from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, North Carolina. Fermented with Koslch yeast and dry-hopped. A touch malty with a bit of spice, and lot of hops! Drink it cold & drink it fresh
