Brasserie Cap'taine Mousse - Rousse

Pours a hazy orange to amber color forming a medium soapy and creamy off white head with good retention and lots of soapy and lingering lacings formed and left in the glass. Nose is sweet and crispy. Strong notes of caramel malts and citrus and grassy hops. Bready and flowery. Classic nose lager with a nice hoppy touch. Slightly sweet upfront taste. Strong notes of caramel, resin, grass and sweet bread. Medium body and carbonation. Caramel and grass in the afteraste.
