In 1988, the decision was made to also produce a clear beer with the “Celler Pilsener.” Before bottling, the beer undergoes a special filtration process after storage. All solid components such as yeast, protein, and other clouding agents, e.g., malt particles, are retained. The beer becomes “crystal clear,” a transparent affair. When poured into a glass, you can already see its sparkling freshness.
