Cascinazza Bruin

It is a beer that is characterised by great balance; very full-bodied but easy to drink, it has a medium-high alcohol content (8% vol.) but the strength of the alcohol takes second place to the richness of the aromas and flavours. On the nose, toasted and caramel malt notes combine with fruity hints of raisins, California plum, rum and raisin wine. A light hoping makes the sweet notes of malt blend harmoniously with the bitter notes of hops.
