Beer description
Malts: Extra pale, Vienna, oat flakes, malted wheat, acidulated malt. Hops: El Dorado and Citra.
Yeast: New England.
Peril: Pale yellow and cloudy. White foam of good formation and retention. Slight cereal, wheat and biscuit flavour. Medium-high stone fruit and watermelon aroma; slight pear and tropical. Caramel, slight pear and watermelon flavours.
