Beer description
The second beer in the "Dead Cat" series (from the Washington Dead Cats), the season takes its name from the yeast used in the Belle-Saison. It gives it spicy notes and a rustic nose typical of seasonal-style beers. The Styrian Wolf hops give it fruity and floral notes.
The Cat Saison is ideal while eating a pizza or listening to Vivaldi!
