Beer description
Cat Sìth is a character in Celtic (Scottish and Irish) mythology, depicted as a large black cat the size of a dog, with a large white spot on its chest. In some fairy tales, it is described as a witch capable of transforming into an animal. The inhabitants of the Scottish Highlands distrusted Cat Shea because they believed that he could steal the soul of a dead person before it went to the gods.
This Imperial Scotch Ale is similar to Cat Sìth in that it will steal your soul with its rich biscuit aroma, notes of caramel and toffee with a slight guiltiness. The taste is rich, dense, and pleasantly warming with alcohol on the finish. And the good news is that you don't have to die to enjoy it.
