Grodziskie, also known as Polish Champagne is a Spritzy low abv oak smoked wheat beer. This beer features a blend of Bohemian Czech Pilsen Malt & Oak Smoked Wheat, traditionally these are brewed with 100% Oak Smoked Wheat but we preferred to create a more harmonious balance combining the citrus character of the Marynka (PL) Hops with the smokey flavor of the oak smoked wheat, creating a refreshingly light & flavorfully crisp summer beer.
