Beer description
An "old school" IPA where the hops stand out over the malt, with a dry finish, clean and volatile bitterness. This combination of hops allows us to appreciate aromas and flavors of orange and lime, black pepper, passion fruit and apricot. However, we put our stamp on the beer by using a yeast that produces fruity esters (which breaks with style theory). We bring you a sample from the west coast of the USA, which is not that far away.
