Brasserie des 7 iles - Cerf

A top-fermented beer with a high alcohol content. It has a brown colour with dark mahogany highlights. On the nose and palate, it has a syrupy, caramelised intensity. The flavour is initially mellow, before building in strength to finish with a few spicy notes. The bitterness remains fairly low, giving way to malty and fruity flavours. The body is powerful but fine, noble and distinguished.
