Three hops from New Zealand, Pacifica, Wai-iti and Motueka, are the first to present themselves with aromas of lime, sweet orange and apricot. These coexist on a base of three malts with flashes of toast and, as a key point, a patient fermentation that leaves us with a fresh and dry finish after the surge of hops.
