Cervejaria Fermi - Guavacation

The project has its origins in Florianópolis, the magical island in southern Brazil, where it was founded in 2018. The founders Caio and Gabriella, originally working in oceanography, have long followed their passion as homebrewers. The name and label of the beer clearly announce guava, which unfolds both in the nose and on the palate thanks to the natural terpenes of the guava. This expression is sublimated by a combination of hop varieties Nelson Sauvin, Luminosa, and Mosaic, bringing notes of strawberries, ripe apricots, and of course guava. The whole is carried by a beautiful hoppy tension and leaves a refreshing and long-lasting resin in the finish.
