Cervejaria Mistura Classica - Blessed Rosa

The base is Beatus Tripel, one of the oldest beers in Classic Mix. A tripel with 10% alcohol, which has already received medals in different beer championships. And from this year onwards, it starts to gain variations, like this one, with roses. The red rose (Rosa Gallica), widely used for making teas, was chosen. It has aromas reminiscent of honey, white citrus fruits, such as lychee, and a light aroma of white rose in the aftertaste. The project is the first led by the brand's new master brewer, Ingrid Matos. "Being at Mistura and in Rio, as the master brewer, is a dream, and it's incredible that I can, right at the beginning, have a project with such an important meaning as this one, as the inaugural one."
