Cervejaria Mistura Classica - Special Bitter

The orange colour with hints of red is accompanied by a malty aroma and taste. The elegant English hops in the aroma deliver floral and herbal notes, and the bitterness is strong but not harsh. The extremely mineralised water is reminiscent of Burton water, giving the beer the weight it deserves. Our twist on the recipe is that the carbonation is higher than traditionally done in the Queen's land.
