Kakao IPA is an American IPA with an unusual combination in its recipe. In addition to generous dosages of hops and dry hopping of Mosaic and Citra, which provide fruity and citrus notes, it also has cocoa nibs added, which bring out the intense flavour and aroma characteristic of this ingredient, not to mention the presence of malt with notes of biscuit and caramel. It's a unique beer, made to sharpen and challenge your palate. With every sip, you'll be surprised by a different flavour.Birra d'ispirazione belga, in stile blanche, da cui il nome. The flavour is characterised by its unmalted fruit, grapefruit, watermelon and coriander. It is characterised by the use of piperita mint and locally produced grapes (Notaresco - TE).
Malts: pilsner, frumento, avena.
Hops: saaz styrian golding.
Spices: peppermint, honey, orange zest, coriander.
