Pivovar Cerveny vlk - Josefsky Breznak

For this specialty we were inspired by the German Märzen style. It differs from a normal lager beer by its slightly higher quality. We also let Munich caramel malt and two hops from the Hallertauer family shine through, namely Perle for the bitter part and Spalt for the aromatic part. Josefský Březňák is a fuller-bodied beer with a drier and more subtle hop finish that encourages more sips. The Březňák is therefore suitable for a night get-together, as is the digestif that follows.
