After 14 months of ageing in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels, FLEUR DE PRAIRIE arrives, a grape ale made with barley and wheat malts to which we add a discreet amount of Negra Criolla grape must from old Tacneño vineyards. FLEUR DE PRAIRIE was inoculated with our house mixed culture (Bretts + Pedio + various Lactos) at the beginning of its barrel ageing. The result is the most delicate and complex beer we have made to date.
Salmon colour with good clarity. The nose presents delicate vinous, fruity and citrus aromas, accompanied by a delicate fruity Brett. On the palate, it is sparkling, with a very pleasant and clean moderate acidity. It has medium-high carbonation with a clean fruitiness on the palate reminiscent of a sparkling rosé.
