La Saint Pierre - Cervoise D‘ Alsace

Beer made from barley and fragrant herbs. Cloudy, and no hops: just malts, spices and yeast. Traditional beer dating back to before the Middle Ages. Lots of herbs, slightly heavy on the yeast. Brewed mainly for the local Alsace market.
