Jing-A Brewing Co. - Cha Shao Bao

Did somebody order dim sum? We teamed up with our friends at Heroes Beer Co in HK to brew a Honey Amber Ale based on the classic dish Chaoshaobao (BBQ pork buns). Following the traditional recipe, we brewed with an ample dose of local honey, five spices, and red koji rice for color. The result is a mouthwatering spiced ale that ends with a smooth, sweet finish.
