La Chamoise & La P'tite Maiz made this stunning sour collabo. Classic Berliner Weisse with an addition of Clementine (zest and juice). The acidity is consistent but pleasant nonetheless. Wonderful complexity of tropical fruits and a wonderfully smooth finish of wheat / shortbread / biscuits.
