SHO - Чебрик

Old-school, moderately harsh, moderately alcoholic and, as you might have guessed, moderately bitter. Then we boiled a "tea" of linden and thyme for a long time on stoves. It was then hopped into an IPA and the result was a wonderful, grassy, hop-bitter IPA with a persistent aroma and taste of grandma's homemade linden tea. A very successful and balanced combination of things that no one had planned to combine before.
