Valaduta Brovar - Черная Аристократия (Black Aristocracy) Rum B.A.

Black as night, thick as oil, this imperial stout is brewed exclusively from malt, without any additives to increase density. This beer was brewed in 2 stages on a 500 litre tank for 60 hours without interruption, with a density of 35 plato obtained by boiling the wort for 20 hours. The Maillard reaction added unique nuances of flavours and aromas to this beer that cannot be replicated by standard brewing. Black Aristocracy was brewed in September 2018 and required extensive aging (6 months in the tank, 7 months in a Jamaican rum cask and 5 months in the bottle) to achieve flavour balance.
