Bishop Cider - Cherry Bomb

Like the name implies, this one is cheery [without the bomb] It starts with cheery on the nose and that continues throughout, as you would think, because that’s exactly what we called it. There’s also a slight floral note up front as well and you might catch a hint of it in the cider itself. This one is semi-dry and finishes really clean.
