Bishop Cider - Cherry Lime

Relatively simple, one would think, but getting the perfect proportion of cherry and lime to blend with our awesome base cider was really tricky. First, who thinks of cherry and lime anyway? No one else does, but we do, and.... it’s really good too. Just enough cherry and lime to make this a very different, refreshing and unique cider. Semi-sweet and clean at the end.
