If you get a shot at trying this one, do it. It's a total mistake so will only be brewed once [well, we think so, but people seem to really like it so who knows]. We started with a cherry cider and we just weren't feelin it, so it became something way different. It's still Cherry, but the Mary part, as in Bloody Mary, was added so we could change the name. True. But surprisingly what we got is a really cool, sorta dry cider with a cherry nose at the front and throughout, with the subtle Bloody Mary flavor coming in at the finish. And best of all, it really works and with a more than generous 10%, it can't be all that bad. Hey, rubber was a mistake and look what happened there.
