Le Prospecteur - Chien De Sang

Chien de sang is an IPA-style beer from the North East, flavoured with blood orange. This hazy beer has a strong bitterness balanced by tropical aromas. The combination of freshly squeezed blood oranges and highly aromatic hops creates an explosion of citrus, mango and passion fruit flavours. Like a bloodhound, you'll need to be trained to track good beer, just as he is to track wounded big game.
