Jing-A Brewing Co. - Chinese Medicine

A collaboration for the 8x8 Brewing Project 2019. We were inspired by one of the world’s most ubiquitous products – Coca Cola – which has a history in China of being used in surprising ways: specifically as a cold remedy served warm and infused with ginger. Chinese Medicine is an imperial cola sour (get some warmth from the alcohol) with an invigorating kick of ginger spice.
