Pato Brewing - Chinook

Chinook or 'ice-eater' is a wind from the Canadian Rockies that provides a brief warm interlude during the froze winter months. Chinook Brown ale is dark and rich with little bitterness, hints of chocolate, nuts and a dry smooth finish. Like it's namesake it is a shot of warmth in winter. Best served with friends. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops and yeast.
