Hop Heavy IPA, 15°Blg
We've topped off the new instalment of Hopokrata this time with New Zealand's Nelson Sauvin hops. Nelson rules in this beer, from which we have extracted the maximum amount of aromas and flavours at the same time as mega high drinkability. This highly original hop variety is characterised by aromas of tropical fruits, white Sauvignon Blanc grapes and gooseberries.
Malts: pilsner malt, oat malt, wheat malt, oat flakes, wheat flakes, dextrin malt. Whirlpool hopping: Nelson Sauvin. Cold hopping: Nelson Sauvin. Hopping is at 22 g/l.
