Beer description

IMPERIAL COFFEE STOUT brewed with single origin Brazilian Choclito medium roast coffee, with a touch of chocolate and Tahitian vanilla. Contains lactose. After a visit to Canadian Roasting Society, we found an interesting coffee they named Choclito, it was the standout of the bunch we had tried. For the beer, we cold infused a mix of Whole bean medium roast, grinded medium roast, and whole bean light roast. Then did a hot infusion of grinded medium roast. The coffee has strong chocolate and vanilla notes, so we decided to infuse whole bean Tahitian vanilla, and some single origin Equator cacao nibs to help accentuate that flavour
