Bourbon barrel aged special version of Chokoh Ha imperial porter. Brewed with Ancho and Chipotle chilis, cocoa paste and cocoa nibs. Collaboration with Põhjala. The beer pours a deep, opaque black with minimal foam.The aroma is dominated by rich dark chocolate, cocoa, and a subtle hint of bourbon spiciness. In the taste you can feel sweet plums soaked in chocolate liqueur, accompanied by a warm kick of chili and bourbon and a mild cocoa undertone.
