Beer description
An uncomplicated Pale Ale made from local hops. We used Czech Juno, German Mandarina, and Slovenian Styrian Wolf. Together, they produce a surprisingly distinctive citrus aroma complemented by resin, similar to classic old-school American "C" hops. Cheers, Helenka!
