Elliott Bay - Chucked Berries

Our Fruited Dark Saison was brewed as an offshoot of our award-winning Big Pun. Using raspberry and cherry in primary fermentation, we then moved the beer into freshly emptied red wine barrels where we chucked even more fruit and inoculated the beer with our Big Pun culture. Aged for 13 months in Cuillin Hills Syrah and Manto Negro barrels.
