Beer description
Our first Triple IPA is a celebration of the Simcoe hop variety. We layered the boil with Simcoe additions throughout, as well as a mega dose in the whirlpool. To finish the beer, we double dry hopped it with large amounts of Simcoe cryo hops. The hops were brought to 10% and should be enjoyed in moderation!
