Bishop Cider - Cider Cosmo

Everyone likes a good Cosmopolitan right? Well, not everyone as in “everyone” but everyone as in a lot of people do. So the crew sat down around a cart [or table as we call it] and hashed out a rough combo for our cosmo. After too many attempts to mention and some very late nights and early mornings, they hit it the perfect blend. We used the fermented cranberry apple and added some extra apple for sweetness and key lime! Turns out, oddly enough, the lime was key, get it. This is a fun little cider with a bit of a kick and really great flavors with the sweetness of the apples, balanced with the tart cranberries and a bit of citrus with the lime. Get it while you can cause this one is gonna go fast.
