Bishop Cider - Cinnamon Peach

We love peaches, especially this time of year. We have created several peach ciders and also did a Peach Seltzer and a Peach Tea, but this time the crew went clean and simple. They just added a touch [and just the right amount of touch] of cinnamon. So what you get is this great semi-sweet peach cider with a backdrop of apple, and just enough cinnamon to give it that autumn, sit by the fire and do s’mores kinda flavor. Get it while you can y’all, while there’s still a nip in the air, cause it’ll be gone before you know it.
