Beer description
The origin of Christmas Beer dates back to the 17th century. In September, the brewers had to make way for the new barley and hop harvest of the current year and to do so, they had to empty the previous year's reserves. They would then use this residue to create a brew richer in raw materials, ready to be enjoyed on Christmas Eve. Christmas Beer, or rather Christmas Beers, became part of the brewing calendar and a tradition was born.
