Beer description
We worked with our friends Runamok Maple to create this unique Spring cellar cider. We added Runamok’s Dark Robust maple syrup to our house blend of cider and fermented it with a red wine yeast. While aging we infused this with untoasted oak chips and dark Belgian candi syrup. This is the perfect cider to crack open in a Sugarhouse in early spring and share with your fellow Citizens.
