Beer description
There is cider and then there is barrel aged cider! Both beautiful products, but when they are aged in french oak, well that makes them extra special.
This cider was fermented with experimental yeast that provides tropical aroma characters. Then it is aged for 2 months in barrels which pull through delightful oak and vanilla notes
