This pleasant mistake was supposed to be our Better Than Christmas Fresh Hop Pale (which we will miss this year) but due to an unfortunate mishap at the hop farm on harvest day Elliott Bay, and many other breweries, received Citra Fresh Hops instead of Mosaic Fresh Hops. Fortunately for us, our brewer hadn't mashed in yet, so we were able to make adjustments and created this new tasty Citra Fresh Hop Pale Ale.
