Cittavecchia - Andre English IPA

Andre is a top-fermented beer in the tradition of authentic English IPAs, with malt and hop selections to match the style. The original version has been gradually "modernized" with small hints of fruity American hops: alongside Marris Otter malts, hops like Chinook and Cascade coexist alongside the ubiquitous East Kent Golding that always characterizes this beer. From the 105 existing hop varieties, we chose those that are best suited to our water. Bright amber color with copper reflections. A fresh and barely perceptible hop scent with its fruity and citrusy components is enveloped by earthy notes and hints of malt with a characteristic taste of caramel, biscuit and a light roast. A full, warm and complex taste that evokes mainly malt sensations followed by notes of ripe fruit. An exuberant bitter note compensates for the subtle hint of caramel. The proceeds from this beer finance the social inclusion projects of the association "I Bambini della Fate".
