Beer description
This bone-dry, effervescent beer is a true summer delight. “Brut” comes from the use of an enzyme that allows the yeast to consume all of the sugars from the malt leaving the beer without any residual sweetness. “Wheat” comes from the healthy amount of malted wheat the brewery used to add some more character to the flavory profiles. The star of the show “Rosé” comes from heavy amounts of Hibiscus giving this beer a beautiful pinkish-purplish color with a wonderfully tart, berry-like flavor and delightful floral aroma. Lightly hopped with late additions of Motueka to lend a natural lime-like flavor, with a touch of natural key lime extract to round everything out.
