City of Mist is a hazy IPA. We supplemented the pale male with a combined 25% of malted wheat and flaked oats that will help to promote the haze as well as to ensure a smooth/silky mouthfeel. Nearly the entirety of the hops are late addition - either in the whirlpool or dryhop. We use a rotating combination of hops - so expect variations in hop character. The perceived bitterness of the beer is low-moderate but the hop flavor and aroma is substantial. Low to medium carbonation buoys the body contributed by the wheat and oats.
