Civale - Che Belle Gose

Inspired by Leipzig salty beers (gose) produced with the addition of white and pink salt. Collaborative beer but above all "supportive" as part of the proceeds will be used to finance the children's association's projects with the Voghera CCAM. It goes without saying... "what beautiful gose!" It has a veiled blonde colour, with fine-grained white foam. The aroma is dominated by floral and coriander notes, well in evidence. At the first sip you immediately appreciate the salt, present but never intrusive, which is in perfect balance between the sweet notes of malt and the delicately hopped notes of German hops. A final touch of acidity cleanses the palate and immediately entices the new sip. To drink in buckets!
