Civale Monflowers

Monflowers is a beer inspired by the Belgian blanche, produced with barley malt, rye, unmalted wheat and an elegant mix of spices and flowers from Monferrato. It is pale blonde in colour, with white foam adherent. The nose is incredibly variegated, carrying with it the scents of spring, of blossoming fields. Notes of coriander, orange, peach, lavender combine with the honeyed notes of malts and nuances of wheat and rye, for an incredibly complex and drinkable beer.
