Civale - Moonrise

High fermentation beer inspired by the classic abbey and Trappist beers produced in Belgium. It is amber in colour with copper veins, dense and pannose foam. Intense and harmonious aroma of ripe fruit, spices and a strong hopped note. The taste is soft and enveloping, with a sweet tendency, in which the spicy notes stand out. Final with a slight hint of bitterness that gives balance and drinkability. Dangerously drinkable despite 9% alcohol!
