Civale - Thunderhop

Thunderhop is a full-flavoured beer. Blonde in colour with orange veins, it offers thick, pannose foam. The aroma is a whiff of fresh hops, used in large quantities by aroma and also in a long and abundant dry-hopping. The nose has hints of citrus fruits (grapefruit, mandarin), exotic fruits and resins. In the mouth it is full-bodied, and the honeyed notes of malts are in perfect balance with the bitter, hopped notes of USA hops. The hops used are Simcoe, Citra, Chinook and Mosaic. Over 100 IBU and 8.7% alc make this beer very "dangerous" thanks to a formidable drinkability.
