Civale Visium

Tripel with three cereals. A blonde beer inspired by Belgian Tripel, produced with a special blend of three cereals (barley, wheat and oats) which gives it soft and sweet notes. Full-bodied and well-structured, it offers hints of yellow-paste fruit (peach, apricot) and a pleasant note of coriander, with which it is spicy. The finish is dry and clean, a beer with a high alcohol content but very drinkable... dangerous drinkable!
