Helios Brewing - Classic Series German Pils

Our interpretation of this classic style is a crisp, clean, bitter German Pilsner using only German malts and hops to preserve tradition. At 4.5%, we've approached the lower end of the ABV spectrum to maximize drinkability while maintaining a strong bitterness and pronounced herbal and spicy hop flavors with a dry finish.
