Beer description
PINO is finally back after last year's unexpected summer success. We've used co-fermentation with wine and beer yeast at lower temperatures (Cold IPA). To enhance the complexity of this Indian Pale Ale, we've used four grains: barley, wheat, oat, and corn, along with five different hops: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin. We've also added hops in the mashing phase for unique characteristics
